There are currently 3 different way’s that Academy guests may book reservations for the “CAFS ACADEMY” group blocks.
-The 1st way is to call the hotel directly: Springhill Suites (623) 772-9200 or Residence Inn (623) 772-8900. Let the Front desk clerk know that you are calling to make a reservation under the “CAFS ACADEMY” GROUP BLOCK. That way the Front desk Clerk knows to look at Group Rates specifically. You may also provide the clerk with the group code: CAF. They will then make the reservation under the group block at the group rate.
-The 2nd way to book reservations for the “CAFS ACADEMY” GROUP BLOCK would be to call the Marriott Reservation line 1(800) 627-7468 Let the Marriott Associate know that you (the guest) are calling to make a reservation at the Springhill Suites or Residence Inn Glendale Sports & Entertainment District under the “CAFS ACADEMY” GROUP BLOCK. That way the Marriott Associate knows to look at Group Rates specifically. You may also provide the clerk with the group code: CAF. They will then make the reservation under the group block at the group rate.
-The 3rd way would be to book the reservation online using the following booking codes listed below. The only thing the guest has to do is enter in the dates of arrival & departure once they have chosen which room type they would like by choosing a link below. Once the guest chooses their room type & clicks on the link, the hotel’s webpage will pop up. They would then enter in the dates of arrival and departure, then click the button that say’s check availability It will automatically populate the group rate. The next step would be to book the reservation by providing their (the guests) information.
